September 1 - INTERNATIONAL Pray for the Lord’s protection over the many DPM worldwide directors, staff and leadership who will be traveling the last week of September to meet together the first week in October for their annual gathering. Pray for the Lord’s favor, encouragement and wisdom during this time of planning and prayer for DPM worldwide as well as for their sharing and fellowship with one another. Also pray for staff and families left behind to have the Lord’s protection and guidance during this time.

September 2 - CUBA Printing is now in process for 15,000 copies of the book, Entering the Presence of God. Pray for the successful completion of this project.

September 3 - AUSTRALIA A couple recently visited the Australia office who are familiar with Derek’s teaching and involved in Aboriginal outreach. Pray for the Lord’s direction and for clarity about whether they are to partner with DPM in providing Derek’s teaching material that they can freely give away to the Aboriginal brothers and sisters to whom they minister.

September 4 - ISRAEL Pray for strength and safe travel for George and Betty as they return to Israel September 16 and for continued good health and safety for their staff and volunteers in light of the current threat of war.

September 5 - IRAN The Farsi translation of Blessing or Curse: You Can Choose will be printed in September. This work is very dangerous here. Pray for safe printing and distribution so that Derek’s books will reach many Iranian underground churches.

September 6 - ARMENIA The Armenian team is organizing the second DPM video school using Derek’s teachings. Pray for wisdom and success for this project. Also pray that the Lord would use Derek’s teachings to touch many lives.

September 7 - CHINA Requests from China for DPM materials have substantially increased during the first half of this year. In addition to increased requests from usual contacts, more than 100 new contacts are asking for great quantities books and DVDs. Pray regarding the urgent need for more funding to meet these increasing demands for material.

September 8 - NETHERLANDS On September 11, the Holland office will hold their yearly Husbands and Fathers Day. Pray for many men to attend and for God’s Spirit to move upon their hearts so that they will desire to take a stand and be the men God wants them to be.

September 9 - FRANCE Continue to pray for Myriam as she translates the audio series, “God's Last Word,” which will soon become available. Also pray for this 23-message teaching series to be a great blessing for those who hear it.

September 10 - SOUTH AFRICA Pray for the new South Africa office website that is being set up for online shopping. Also pray for an increase in donations and sales that will enable more outreach in Africa, including materials for the Graduate Gift Packs, Bible College Library Packs and Pastors’ Packs.

September 11 - ETHIOPIA Derek's books are in great demand on a daily basis in this nation, and many ministers’ lives and ministries have been transformed by his teaching. Pray for the successful translation and publication of God Is a Matchmaker and God's Remedy for Rejection, and for safety and anointing for all involved.

September 12 - CUBA Pray for the Lord’s provision of a building in Havana City to house the DPM offices, for trouble free access to the Internet, and for permission from the Cuban government for DPM to purchase a new vehicle.

September 13 - NORWAY Pray for the Lord’s favor upon the upcoming DPM conference scheduled for September 17-18 in Bergen. Pray for a safe journey and God’s anointing upon Ross and Christine Paterson, the main speakers, who will focus on China outreach. Also pray for those the Lord calls to take part to have hearts open for missions and for what the Holy Spirit would impart to them regarding praying, going or giving.

September 14 - CHINA Pray for the first printing of the latest Chinese book, Secrets of a Prayer Warrior, and distribution to believers in China. Pray for protection over the printer and those involved in the distribution process. China's modernization has blunted prayer in some believers. Pray that this book would be mightily used by God to reverse that process.

September 15 - UNITED KINGDOM Testimonies continue to come in from young leaders about the wonderful revelation God is giving them of His Word through Derek's teaching. Pray that these young people would be steadfast in their pursuit to know the Lord and that God would use them for His glory.

September 16 - INDIA Pray for protection, good health and wisdom for Elsie and Danny, the new directors of DPM in India, as they continue to approach pastors in rural villages offering them free DPM Bible school training. Also pray that many more opportunities will open up to share Derek’s teaching.

September 17 - INDONESIA Budijanto is translating the transcripts of the Romans series to be voiced in Indonesian onto CD as part of the Derek Prince Bible College Curriculum project in Indonesia. And Ludi is producing subtitles for the Romans teaching series DVDs in Indonesian. Pray for the Lord’s guidance and anointing upon both of these workers and for this material to be used widely, especially in Bible colleges and churches.

September 18 - MALAYSIA Pray for guidance regarding the transfer of the wholesale distribution of Derek’s books to a distributor. Also pray for good health and strength for Liman and her husband, Sai Peng, who serve DPM faithfully.

September 19 - MYANMAR Pray for good health, God’s protection and wisdom for Director Jacob, his family and all volunteers as they work to reach many in this nation with Derek’s Bible teaching. Pray especially for those translating the Derek Prince Bible College Curriculum into Burmese and that the voice recording of all the transcripts would be problem-free.

September 20 - NEPAL Pray for God’s protection and anointing on the translators who are making excellent progress on the Derek Prince Bible College Curriculum material. Pray that they would continue to work with excellence and good speed.

September 21 - BRAZIL Brazilian publisher, Graça Editorial, will be releasing six Portuguese books/booklets at the annual Christian Bookseller’s Convention in São Paulo this month. Pray for good response to Derek’s Portuguese material and good doors to open for effective distribution.

September 22 - UGANDA Pray for God’s protection and anointing upon the person now translating Life-Changing Spiritual Power into the Luganda language for use in Uganda. Pray also for the safe distribution of 10,000 English copies in Uganda that have already been printed, that they will get into the hands of those who most need them.

September 23 - KOREA Continue to pray for Michael Jo who is translating The Spirit-Filled Believer’s Handbook (Foundation Series). Pray that he will have tremendous discipline and the Holy Spirit’s anointing to enable him to complete the work by April 2011.

September 24 - PAKISTAN Pray for James and the translator as they continue to translate and begin to record the Derek Prince Bible College Curriculum in the Urdu language on CD, to be offered freely to Bible colleges all over Pakistan.

September 25 - FIJI Pray for God’s protection over DPM representatives Christine and Jack, their family and their home. (Teaching material by Derek Prince was stolen from their home recently.) Also pray for new opportunities to reach out in this nation with Derek’s teaching.

September 26 - SOLOMON ISLANDS Pray for Joel, the DPM worker on Malaita Island, who is using the Self-Study Bible Course in small group studies. He has also been given 20 copies of Protection from Deception for pastors who work in an area where there is cult activity.

September 27 - NEW CALEDONIA Pray for development of new sales and outreach opportunities in this French-speaking Pacific nation and for the right contacts to come forth.

September 28 - FRANCE Pray that more people will enroll in the Bible Correspondence Course and that existing students will persevere to finish it! Pray for this special program and all involved.

September 29 - CANADA Pray for increased response from Canadian supporters to the worldwide outreaches of DPM and for increased vision and direction for the leadership of DPM in Canada.

September 30 - UNITED STATES Pray for the successful completion of six more booklets from the Laying the Foundation scheduled for publication before the end of this year, two of which are nearly ready for release. Pray that these booklets will be used widely to help lay a solid foundation in many lives.

October 1 - UNITED KINGDOM The Inside Outreach prison ministry continues to bless and encourage inmates in U.K. prisons. Pray that God would not only transform lives, but that those brothers and sisters in Christ would be a witness to others in prison and good advocates of the ministry.

October 2 - FRANCE René and Jacqueline will be attending a large leaders' meeting on October 12-13. Pray for protection during their seven-hour drive, good contacts, personal refreshment and for good sales of Derek’s material.

October 3 - UNITED STATES A new book, Called to Conquer, is scheduled for release this month. Pray that it will be used greatly to further equip the body of Christ in these difficult days. Pray for wisdom regarding other titles which we hope to publish in the future.

October 4 - NORWAY Pray for the evening meetings in October where Sverre will be teaching on God’s Medicine Bottle. Both Christians, unbelievers and other seekers will be invited to attend. Pray for great interest and good response.

October 5 - SOUTH AFRICA Pray for an increase in community and Christian radio and TV stations in South Africa and other African countries that would broadcast Derek’s teaching. Pray also that contacts made with other ministries in Africa will result in more networking in order to get Derek’s material to more pastors and leaders.

October 6 - NEW ZEALAND An assortment of 100 Derek Prince books was recently donated to the chapel library of Wanganui (City) Prison, along with 80 copies of Life-Changing Spiritual Power for all prisoners who attend chapel. Pray that many will read these books and that God’s Word will have a mighty impact on their lives.

October 7 - INDONESIA Pray that sales of Derek’s books and other materials would continue to increase and for wisdom and guidance for Director Yoegi and his team in promoting Derek’s teaching. Also pray for new doors to open for Derek’s Indonesian radio program to air on two more stations in addition to the 16 now airing it.

October 8 - NEPAL Recently,10,000 copies of Life-Changing Spiritual Power were printed in Nepali for Bible schools, pastors, students and other believers throughout Nepal. Pray for protection over these books as they are distributed and that this six-book compilation would have a great impact on all who read it.

October 9 - CHINA Recently, there was a major setback when the route used to send money into China for the production of DVDs was closed down. A week’s production was lost before a new way opened up. Pray that the various routes now used to transfer funds into China to cover the costs of printing books and producing DVDs would remain open and that these activities would not attract any unwanted attention from the authorities.

October 10 - GERMANY Pray for wisdom as Dan and his staff consider hosting conference or teaching weekends once again, based on Derek’s teachings. Also pray for finances to reprint books and produce new titles.

October 11 - DENMARK Pray for the successful distribution and good response to the newly printed book Who Is the Holy Spirit? in Danish in this nation where Derek's first wife, Lydia, was born. Pray that many people will be challenged and changed through this teaching.

October 12 - PORTUGAL Pray for Erna and her team to see good response to the recently published titles, Gifts of the Spirit and End of Life’s Journey. Also pray for successful completion of the website for DPM in Portugal.

October 13 - INDIA Bible colleges throughout India are being contacted to advise them of the newly developed Derek Prince Bible College Curriculum. Pray that many would be interested in ordering the CDs, study booklets and exam questions based on Laying the Foundation; The Nine Gifts of the Holy Spirit and God’s Last Word: An Exposition of Hebrews. Pray also for ongoing translation and audio recording of this curriculum in the Tamil language.

October 14 - FINLAND Pray for successful translation of Derek’s teaching for use on a Christian Television Network, TV 7. Also pray that these programs will reach many in this part of the world with the Word of God through Derek’s teaching and cause them to hunger for more of God’s Word.

October 15 - AUSTRALIA A large shipment of books sent to Papua New Guinea arrived safely and is now in the hands of DPM distributors there. Pray that these books, which are handed out freely as gift packs at pastors and leaders meetings, will be a source of equipping them in ministering the Word of God in this nation.

October 16 - CUBA Pray for all needs to be met, financial and otherwise, to be able to travel across the island and hold conferences based on the teachings of Derek Prince. Funds are also needed to print larger quantities of books and produce CDs and DVDs of Derek’s messages.

October 17 - ISRAEL Pray for the safe distribution of Derek’s teaching material to hungry hearts and for God’s continued direction regarding a new door that has opened to get Derek's Arabic materials into the hands of Israeli Arabs. They number 1,548,000 - just over 20 percent of Israel's population. Since they chose to remain in their homes when Israel became a State in 1948, they have full rights as Israeli citizens.

October 18 - SWITZERLAND Pray for more open doors for Ruedi and Elizabeth to promote and share Derek’s teaching in this nation. Also pray for additional faithful supporters to stand with them and help the ministry grow.

October 19 - CANADA Continue to pray for open doors in the Aboriginal communities. Pray also that other partners would come alongside DPM-Canada to help introduce Derek’s teaching to the wider body of Christ.

October 20 - TURKEY DPM has begun a massive work in Turkey. Pray for the successful broadcasting of Derek's teachings by local Turkish radio and TV stations, for good response from listeners and viewers, and for God’s favor and protection over all involved.

October 21 - GEORGIA Pray for the Bible school and translation work in Tbilisi, Georgia. Pray for all the workers, provision for all the needs of the school, including Derek’s teaching material, and for many lives to be touched and changed.

October 22 - SLOVAKIA Pray for the very first “Husbands and Fathers” conference that will be hosted in Kosice the last weekend of October. Pray that many men will come to receive foundational teaching on important biblical principles for men of God.

October 23 - GERMANY Pray for Dan and his team in Germany to have a growing impact in this region from Derek’s translated materials and the television programming which recently opened up for broadcasting Derek’s teaching.

October 24 - NORWAY Pray for pastors and evangelists who are connected with DPM in Norway to be further equipped and encouraged by Derek’s teaching in their own lives and the lives of those they are teaching and discipling.

October 25 - FRANCE Pray that the Lord will bring forth more people to connect with DPM in France through the Internet or other means and to become faithful and generous givers to DPM’s outreaches. Continue to pray for finances for the French-speaking African Bible School Program. There is still a great need for material for these African students.

October 26 - SOLOMON ISLANDS Recently, about 7,500 books were shipped from DPM in India for both sale and free distribution, including 3,000 copies of Life-Changing Spiritual Power. Pray for wisdom and guidance in the distribution of this title. Also pray that Derek’s teaching would be widely used throughout these islands to help build a strong foundation in believers’ lives.

October 27 - PAKISTAN Lucifer Exposed has now been printed in Urdu for the first time. Pray that this teaching will bring much revelation to pastors and believers about the spiritual battle Christians are involved in and the spiritual weapons that are available.

October 28 - CUBA Pray for God’s ongoing protection, strength and encouragement for all the staff of DPM in Cuba. Also pray for Director Alberto to have the Lord’s anointing and strength as a local pastor as well as for travel and ministry across the island for DPM. Pray for special help and wisdom for Alberto in dealing with the authorities.

October 29 - AUSTRALIA Continue to pray for the groups that are meeting in homes using Derek’s DVD teaching material. Pray that these gatherings will be a means of equipping and encouraging and also extending the awareness of DPM.

October 30 - MYANMAR Burmese migrants and refugees on the Thai/Myanmar border and in Bangkok have received copies of Derek’s books on salvation and other topics. Pray that many would come to know Jesus and that the believers who received the material would come to a greater understanding of God’s Word.

October 31 - NETHERLANDS Pray for Ivar and his team in Holland as they give oversight to DPM’s work in that nation as well as to the offices in Eastern Europe, Russia and the former Soviet republics. Pray for the Holy Spirit to draw more people to the Lord and for the impact of Derek’s teaching of God’s Word to increase through material distribution, conferences and the Internet.

PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING

CHINA - Ross Paterson Give thanks for the testimony of Brother “C” in China, who was set free after he read Blessing or Curse: You Can Choose and then passed the book to his church leaders. They read the book, discussed it and then prayed with their congregation for freedom from curses. Brother “C” shared: “The book led us towards a complete transformation of our lives.” We have been able to respond to an increased number of requests for our materials by printing more books. We have almost reached our target already for the year 2010 in the first seven months of the year. Praise the Lord for His help and protection. Derek's book, Secrets of a Prayer Warrior, has now been translated into Chinese. We expect that the first copies will come off the press very soon.

CUBA - Adalberto O. Earlier this year we finished the printing of 15,000 copies of They Shall Expel Demons in Spanish. We also are very thankful for the new printing equipment we have, which will enable us to do much more than we have in the past.

FRANCE - René de Groot We thank the Lord for the publication of the new books God's Word Heals and Secrets of a Prayer Warrior. We are also grateful for His protection and faithfulness and for being able to make Derek's teaching available to the French church!

INDIA - Elsie Daniel Derek’s books continue to reach many thousands of believers all over India. One testimony we received relating to The Holy Spirit in You reads: “It enabled me to have a very clear knowledge about the Holy Spirit. Seldom have I heard messages of this depth about the Holy Spirit in the churches. Though the Holy Spirit is revealed in a wonderful way from the first chapter in Genesis to the book of Revelation, I never bothered to go for a deep study about Him until I read this book. I have had a very moderate understanding of the Bible so far, but this book made me realize I need to read the Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit.”

INDONESIA - Yoegi N. We praise God for the increase in sales this year. In June, they were the highest for the last six years. We were thrilled to bless pastors from many cities in Indonesia with 1,000 copies of Foundations for Life and Life-Changing Spiritual Power. Here is a testimony from a listener to Derek’s radio program, Keys to Successful Living: “I want to thank you for airing your teaching through the radio in our town, because it really helped my spiritual growth and is very encouraging, especially the topic of Seven Basic Conditions for Answered Prayer, adding in the concept of worship and my knowledge of the Bible. Once again, thank you. May the Lord Jesus continue to bless you ministry.” -Mr. Ahan W.

MALAYSIA - Liman & Sai Peng C. Recently a Christian from a remote village in northern Malaysia ordered more than 100 CDs to share with and encourage his fellow Christians. He told us his Christian friends look forward to Fridays when they gather to hear Derek's messages. His friends would then “fight” to borrow the CD so that he/she could listen to the message again in their own time. We recently had a DPM book table at a church, where we have been at three-month intervals. We expected sales to be small as this is a “saturated market” with most people having already bought Derek’s books and CDs. After the speaker gave a testimony about how Derek’s radio programs and the booklet, The Divine Exchange, had impacted his life, people ran to our book table to snap up Derek’s material. We sold out of some titles and many people want to contact us for more products. Our hearts were thrilled to see good sales. Praise God that some people who didn’t previously read or listen to Derek’s teaching have realized the value of doing so. In late June, we traveled to a small rural town with a large Tamil-speaking population, where we partnered with the Tamil Evangelistic Team to help in their area-wide rally. We blessed 12 pastors and lay leaders with Derek’s Tamil material. Their words of appreciation of how Derek’s books would help them minister to the Christian congregations there were reward enough to us. A good number responded to the altar call and received copies of How to Pass from Curse to Blessing; The Divine Exchange; God’s Medicine Bottle; The Holy Spirit in You and Burial by Baptism. To God be the glory!

MYANMAR - Jacob M. We praise God for the team from New Zealand who held training seminars recently for 40 Burmese pastors and believers in Mandalay and Pyin Oo Lwin using Derek’s books. I visited the Lahu people in East Myanmar, reaching out to villages and giving intensive training to village pastors who are reaching to the animists in the region. These pastors are in a remote area and appreciate so much receiving Derek’s books for their spiritual empowerment and growth.

NEPAL - Gopaljee Adhikari In June we distributed Derek’s books to nearly 200 leaders in Chitwan at a three-day seminar on leadership and church government. They were greatly blessed by this time and by these books.

NEW ZEALAND - Warren Smith We have received many amazing testimonies from our supporters after they read Derek’s book Life- Changing Spiritual Power (a six-book compilation). One lady commented that “Apart from the Bible, this is the best book I have ever read.” The Chaplain at Wanganui (City) Prison sent this thank you note following our donation of 100 assorted books for their chapel library, along with 80 copies of Life-Changing Spiritual Power for all prisoners who attend chapel: “I am sending this e-mail to advise I received the books you sent and to say thank you. My heart is overflowing with joy as I am writing this note. Your donation is not only a blessing to the prisoners. It is also a testimony that God is at work here. Only God could do this. Another reason He does these sorts of things is to do me good too, as I can see His hand at work and be encouraged in my ministry and strengthened in my faith. God is good. Once again, thank you for being a blessing to the men at Wanganui Prison.”

NORWAY - Sverre Kristoffersen The Lord supplied us with very good translators and funds above our budget! We can now print the following books: Life-Changing Spiritual Power (October 2010); Secrets of a Prayer Warrior (January 2011) and Power in the Name (April 2011).

SOUTH AFRICA - Isabel Surgeon A new staff member Tasia (Anastatia) has joined the team. She is enjoying being able to listen to Derek’s teaching and work with our staff. We contacted a number of radio stations in South Africa and other African countries that have requested Derek’s broadcasts. Rwanda: Ellel Ministries hosted a ministry trip in June to Rwanda to train 48 pastors in trauma counseling and they requested Derek’s material. They were able to take 150 books to give the pastors, three books for each one. Two of them, Does Your Tongue Need Healing? and God’s Remedy for Rejection were translated by Megg (Christine Paterson’s sister) into Kinyarwanda and these were printed for this event. Megg has also translated the booklet, Explaining Blessings and Curses and hopes to do more titles. Tanzania: A pastor in Tanzania approached us wanting to translate and print Our Debt to Israel in Swahili. The translation is now completed and will be printed when he gets back from Israel in August. He said it is very important for the leaders in Africa to get this teaching. Many are praying for Israel and others need to know the importance of praying for and supporting Israel. A missionary couple in Tanzania, Anne and Maurice Thompson from the U.K., are working among the Maasai people. They are presenting Derek’s teaching on Complete Salvation and the Exchange at the Cross. They also requested permission to translate the Exchange at the Cross proclamation card into Maasai and Swahili. A set of the “Laying the Foundation” DVD/CD in Swahili will also be sent to them for use in their ministry. Uganda: We thank the Lord for the 5,000 English Life-Changing Spiritual Power books that the New Zealand office has printed in Uganda for distribution to Bible colleges, graduates and church leaders. The Luganda version is being translated and will be printed there as well.

UNITED KINGDOM - Peter Lindop We praise the Lord for a successful swim across the English Channel on July 20. The conditions were perfect and the team worked brilliantly together to swim from England to France in 13 hours and 14 minutes. We are grateful to all who supported us in raising over £20,000 primarily towards DPM outreaches as well as for orphans and widows in Ethiopia. For a report of the swim, go to www.dpmuk.org/swim.

UNITED STATES - Dick Leggatt We are grateful to the Lord for His continued financial provision for the work of the U.S. office. We are also blessed to have opportunities to talk and minister to various people who come in to order material or just visit us when they are in Charlotte. Some good connections are being made and people leave encouraged. It is also a great encouragement to us to receive testimonies daily through calls, letters and e-mails about the ongoing impact of Derek’s teaching through our various media formats - books, CDs, DVDs, our monthly mailings, online e-devotional and the radio program.
